Everything was nice, unbeatable location close to everything, the stuff where lovely. Location: the hotel was really close to all the good restaurants, and Very close to the shops. Stopped by Mango y Chile to get some coffee and treats, its within short walking distance to the venue, recommend.

After having a really enjoyable stay at Casa Umay, I must say the staff was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. the king suite had a great view of the garden, and the bathroom was particularly good.

Impeccably clean room
Family accommodation and awesome staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. - Perfect location very close to the city center. - Variety of food options within a 10-15 minute walk from the venue

Had a blast over Christmas! Loved the beautiful Mexican garden with a mango tree you can eat from and the amazing atmosphere and vibe. Great location, just a short walk to the stunning lake and the center with all the nice restaurants and shops. Also, the fully equipped and clean kitchen was a plus for cooking up some delicious meals.

Loved the pool, great for swimming laps. So convenient to have a restaurant on site, I never had to worry about finding food. The tours organized by the hotel were a blast, especially the snorkeling trip with all the colorful fish.
Oh, just loved showering with an audience in the open bathroom. not.

We had an amazing time at Casa Umay! The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with hammocks and seating areas that were perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and even offered us the opportunity to continue using the facilities after check-out. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked. The kitchen was a great addition and always kept clean. The pool and chill area were also very comfortable. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
Totally recommend this hotel.
